We want every hole to be FUN! Feel free to bring music, games, food, drinks, a raffle, etc. The more interactive and fun your hole is, the longer the players will want to hang out and the better you CONNECT with them! Players will vote on best hole. Winner wins a free hole sponsorship for 2026 tournament!

LONGEST DRIVE
Signage on holes #3 (ladies) and #13 (men). Come to the Happy Hour after the tournament and present the winners their trophies!

DINNER
After the tournament, everyone meets in the Crest Room for dinner while the raffle winners and tournament winners are announced. Centerpieces will have your logo and information on them. The sponsor can set up a table in the room if they want, and they will get a Facebook Ad in Coldwell Banker West’s Private Facebook Group.

PUTTING CONTEST
Set up a Putting Contest for the time between registration at 7am and when the tournament begins at 8am. Set up a table with your company info if you’d like. Come to the lunch/happy house after the tournament and announce the winner of the contest. Present them with a prize of your choice.
DJ SPONSOR
DJ will be at the lunch/happy house after the tournament. You will have signage on the DJ table. Extra credit: Want our super cool DJ to wear your company merch? Supply a T-shirt and/or hat and he’ll sport it!

GOLF CART
Hanging signs with your company logo/info will be zip-tied to all 72 golf carts in the tournament. Everyone will see them all day long.

HAPPY HOUR
After golf, we have more food and a celebration with a Happy Hour. You’ll have signage at the Happy Hour, a drink special will be named after your company, and if you book this sponsorship before August 20th, the bar napkins will be imprinted with your company logo. Cheer!

This will be the talk of the tournament! Sponsor will have prominent signage near Hecklers.
